Terrie has appeared on numerous radio and television talk shows to discuss professional issues related to small businesses, mentoring relationships, museum education and exhibits, education, health, accessibility and disability.

Terrie was interviewed by The Chicago Tribune on the importance of mentoring relationships as a means of professional development. Her expertise on issues related to diversity in the workplace was featured in The Orthotics and Prosthetics Almanac.

Terrie appeared on the hour-long radio show, Let’s Talk Nutrition, on WHNZ, hosted by Dr. Michael Garkow in Tampa, Florida and on a 30-minute radio show broadcast on the Chicago Radio Information Services to talk about accessibility in museums.

Terrie was one of three panelists appearing on Fox 13 TV, the Kathy Fountain Show, to discuss the bioethics of BODIES…The Exhibition, presenting a case for the tasteful and educational display of human cadavers in museum settings. Terrie gave over 30 television, radio and newspaper interviews, including one with NBC in Tampa, related to the Bodies exhibition.
